		<description>I absolutely agree that end-user training and awareness are extremely important. Just like a good buisiness case, management support, involvement of all your departments during design phase, etc. These are all change management aspects. I intended this list however as a list of &lt;em&gt;functionality&lt;/em&gt; you should have in place.</description>

		<description>I agree with your comments, but I think there is one key thing that you have missed in your list which is vital to the success of any large software deployment, whether it be Livelink or any other product. That is end-user training and awareness.

If an organisation just installs a product without letting users know what the benefits to them as end-users are, then they are setting out to lose from the beginning. It is all very well taking the big brother approach and saying &quot;thou will use this software&quot;, or the techie approach and ensuring you have all the right components in place, but without end-user buy-in you&#039;re going no where.</description>
