Just like a good buisiness case, management support, involvement of all your departments during design phase, etc. These are all change management aspects. That is end-user training and awareness. If an organisation just installs a product without letting users know what the benefits to them as end-users are, then they are setting out to lose from the beginning. It is all very well taking the big brother approach and saying "thou will use this software", or the techie approach and ensuring you have all the right components in place, but without end-user buy-in you're going no where. Livelink proofs its best when used simultaneously. Be sure to exchange usefull information, so everyone wants to join the system.
